Abstract :
Modern logistics industry has been playing striking role in the national economy. The capacity of value creation has become the important symbol of core competence of enterprises. The activities of value chain may be divided into four modules such as acquirement, achievement, holding and enhancement. The paper analyzes the breakthrough modules to capacity of value creation through Integration of resources based on the value chain.
