Abstract
The critical chain management technology is a new kind of network scheduling management methods. Based on thoroughly studying critical chain management technology and multi-resource leveling theory, this paper firstly gives different weights to various resources using the analytical hierarchy process to transform multi-resource leveling optimization problem to single leveling optimization problem. Then, it establishes a model for multi-resource leveling optimization in critical chain management and describes its basic principle and steps. Finally, combining with a numerical example, the paper verifies the validity of the model.
