Research on innovation policy system of regional clusters

Regional clusters have different characteristics of industry, of product and of technology, the area manager has to poise itself on the balance between economic efficiency and corresponding costs. This paper analyzes the innovation dynamic mechanism of enterprises in the system by using mathematical models, searches for the influence factors of innovation development of enterprises, and based on the above contents, this paper also designs an innovation policy system of regional clusters to give references to governments for perfecting innovation system and developing regional economy.
