Abstract :
The mode of MLD was introduced, which is a potential tool for modeling hybrid systems. The basic theory and methods of translating hybrid system to MLD formal was given, and the negative logical MLD model was designed for fault diagnosis application. Based on these the hybrid systems based on MLD were given, which is good model for reducing oscillation. The step of modeling is given. At last the three tanks system was used to tested the model and the method of fault diagnosis. From the conclusion the model was simple and effective in finding the fault. Furthermore the model has good extendibility.
