Abstract :
There are always unmodeled dynamics and various disturbances in the real biological complex systems. Considering the disturbances can make the model more practical to the real situation. H∞ control is a way to solve the control problems with disturbances. In this paper we consider the ploy-chamber model of the endocrine disruptor-Diethylstibestrol(DES)-moving in a human body. We extend the existed linear model to the nonlinear model with disturbances and find a feedback controller by H∞ control.
