Abstract :
At present, the majority of photoelectric autocollimators are adopting the light system of unsteady light-distance. But in the precision measurement based on unsteady light-distance, as a result of the influence caused by the laser divergence angle, the shape of the light spot received by the optoelectronic device will change along with the receiving position, that has caused the signal receipt-error directly. Here, we has designed a novel optical path system, which can keep the light-distance invariant, the system has guaranteed the spot shape received stability. It can probe two-dimensional micro-angle, and carry on the real-time dynamic compensation for the Abbe Error.
