Matching of parts of solar heat pump unit plays an important role on system design and selection of operation scheme. Steady state distribution model of evaporator is built and algorithm flow of simulation is designed with reasonable hypothesis. The steady state distribution model is simplified association with RBF and BP neural network. The optimization model is obtained with using correction method in BP neural network. Analyzed and compared performances of heat transfer rate and outlet water temperature, the optimization model increase precision and speed of simulation. Using the model and combing with corresponding user interface, design period and research cost of solar heat pump unit will be reduced.
