Abstract
NTIA´s measurements of radiated emissions from access BPL systems identified a number of important characteristics that differentiate these systems from traditional Part 15 devices. The resulting understanding of these characteristics has helped in the formulation of refinements to the measurement guidelines for access BPL systems.
