Abstract :
Spray dryer is the principal device for drying high water contained material. It is critical for the dryer to choose the right spray nozzle and to effectively control it. According to the design experience and the experimental analysis, the method of using spray dryer to dry high sticky, high water contained material is created. The variation pattern between pressure and angle is obtained. The satisfactory results are gotten.
