Abstract :
The aim of this research is to use and compare clustering technologies and And the best method for establishing theoretical MAPK/Erk signaling pathway in human soft tissue sarcoma samples. We use and compare centroid linkage, single linkage, complete linkage, average linkage hierarchical clustering to arrange genes to setup signaling pathways according to similarity in pattern of gene. Our results show that only single linkage clustering architecture is consistent with the core unit of the cascade composed of from a RAF1, a MAPKK (MEK1/2) to MAPK (Erk). An activated Erk phosphorylates a variety of transcription factors regulating gene expression, such as Elkl. This study implies that single linkage clustering fit for establishing theoretical MAPK/Erk signaling pathway in human soft tissue sarcoma samples which is consistent with biological experimental MAPK/Erk signaling pathway.
