Abstract :
This article defines the concept of the conflicts in the knowledge chain, analyzes the main factors which cause interorganizational conflicts in the knowledge chain, builds the knowledge chain´s conflicts assessment index system, establishes an assessment model based on fuzzy synthetic assessment process, and finally uses a case to illustrate the model.
