Abstract :
In this paper, data are analyzed with the help of SPSS, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis et al., which are based on the data from the patients in hospital. The correlation relationship between the preliminary insulin dosage about diabetes mellitus patients and sex, age, height, weight, dietetic quantity, motion quantity, blood sugar, urine sugar, urine protein, serum creatinine, infection et al. are studied, and the relation formulate between Insulin dosage and its key influence factors: blood sugar and urine protein are derived, which may give some guide to clinical medical treatment.
