Abstract :
In the exciter technical transformation process of a power plant, the vibration of turbo-generating unit exceeds the allowed region because the transformation plan is not proper and rigorous. Through the analysis and examination, it is found that great unbalance value of cantilever end of the shaft is the cause. The final solution plan is made according to the rules of the enterprise as well as the spot conditions.
