Abstract :
The development of handheld instruments for point-of-care virus analysis can potentially contribute to medical diagnosis. This study designed, fabricated, and tested a high-resolution multifunction detection system. This system comprises a microfluidics module, a signal processing module, and a mechanism module. This system is capable of quickly determining the transistor parameters used in biochemical detection and the current range from the nano-ampere to micro ampere. Additionally, the replacement of different microfluidic modules provides a variety of bio-detection applications. The system design facilitates reduction of testing time and procedures, and achieves automated testing.
