Abstract :
With the development of economic globalization and cross-border division of labor, It increases economic interdependence of national economies across the world through a rapid increase in cross-border movement of goods, service, technology and capital. On one hand, the international trade promotes the economic growth of ASEAN, on the other hand, the financial crisis gave the great negative impact to the export of ASEAN, the economic growth declined. Through the empirical studies, it is found that the trade between Yunnan and ASEAN suffered the great negative impact from the financial crisis, the volume of trade declined obviously. But the impact on different countries are different, the trade between Yunnan and Vietnam as well as the trade between Yunnan and Singapore declined more, meantime, the trade between Yunnan and the other eight countries got less impact. Finally, the suggestions to the development of the trade between Yunnan and ASEAN have been put forward.
