  • Abstract
    Contribution ratio of forestry science and technology progress is one of the key questions in forestry economics and policy. In this article, on the basis of statistic data in many yearbooks, contribution ratio of forestry science and technology progress, which is 51.17%, is measured and analyzed in Ningxia Province by Solow Equation. In addition, forestry in Ningxia gained scale effect in the period. Improvement of industrial structure and economic advancement play a role in the development of forestry. In the end, the counter measurements are proposed to improve management of forestry science and technology in the 12th Five-period.
