Abstract :
In this paper the influence of the stator slot opening on the characteristics of windings with concentrated coils is investigated. The analysis is based on the computation of the Fourier coefficients of the electric loading distribution. The components of the working wave and the harmonics are evaluated in dependency of the stator slot opening.
