Abstract
Due to the development of grid business, e-CRM system receives a mass of data every day. So, how to process and utilize these disorderly massive data are important elements of enterprise business intelligent. However, distributed data mining technology can solve this problem perfectly, which analyzes and processes the data with a distributed method. The system is able to meet real-time and dynamic needs of information in enterprises. Firstly, the paper elaborates working mechanism of distributed data mining, describes the implementation of distributed data mining algorithms. On the basis of this, the paper gives a framework of distributed data mining system model of e-CRM, describes function and characteristics of this system as well as the problems which should be paid attention in the application. All of these provide an effective way for enterprises to deal with distributed massive data.
