After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

Introduced a CAN bus data acquisition and calibration system, which is based on USB interface. The system integrates applications of the CAN bus and USB bus, two kinds of means of communication. It has the advantages of specific CAN Bus and USB communication such as long-distance, high-performance communications and flexible connectivity, high reliability, and can be applied to many occasions of the data acquisition and calibration. The application of the system in the battery management system of the electric vehicles, as an example, can describe the overall design of the system and its ideological hierarchy, and also give the designing processes of the software and hardware.
