According more and more application by power electronic devices, a substantial increase in the variety loads as impact loads, nonlinear loads and fluctuation loads, which make change of power quality of power grid voltage, like the voltage swell, voltage sag, voltage fluctuation and flicker, voltage waveform deviation. Because of power quality problem mostly occur several types´ disturbance, so the article aims the hybrid disturbance of power quality and use the method of S Transform to analyse, in order to provide a suggestion of count the data of power quality by power grid department.
