Abstract :
Since the 1970s, with the developing of the concept of marketing, personalities of various circles have began to pay attention to the social responsibility in the process of marketing. This thesis briefly introduces the survey on research of social responsibility in marketing of transnational corporations in China and abroad, it also puts forward countermeasures on performing social responsibility in links of marketing through the analysis on the lack of social responsibility in marketing of transnational corporations, and comes up with the key points innovatively in performing responsibility in marketing of transnational corporations in China to help them to promote their competitive advantage of marketing in China.
