A study on integration of automobile supply chain —based on hubei province of China

Automobile industry is one of the pillar industries in Hubei Province, integrating the automobile supply chain efficiently will help to promote the automobile industry in Hubei. There are some problems in Hubei automobile industry, such as the big entire scale, the backward reaction mechanism, the self-operating logistics and the low level of information. So in view of existing situation, this paper proposes countermeasures from the core enterprises integration, supplier integration, information construction, and so on.
