  • Abstract
This paper analyzes the underlying reasons that the entry of foreign direct investments impact on the employment effects of logistics industry. And it constructs the employment model of FDI that based on the Cobb - Douglas production function. The conclusions are that the direct employment effects of FDI in the logistics industry decreased gradually, while the indirect employment effects strengthened gradually and FDI also show some negative effects in the high-end market of the logistics. Therefore, we must improve the quality of our logistics personnel and encourage domestic logistics enterprises to enter the high-end market in order to expand the quantity and quality of logistics jobs. And more domestic logistics enterprises enter in the high-end market will facilitate exchange of talents, which is an important way to improve the employment effects of FDI.
