Abstract
New graphical guidelines for a fast design of circular polarised Microstrip Antennas are given. This paper is focused on geometrical disturbed square patches, which are fed by a single port. The size of the geometrical disturbance is given in dependence of thickness and dielectric constant of the chosen substrate material. Achievable cross polarisation bandwidth and input impedance at the corner of the patch is given. Example of an electrodynamically coupled antenna is given. The results are obtained via numerical methods (Galerkin Method, described elsewhere [2,3, 7,8]) and are backed up by experimental investigations [6].
