The aim of Project Curriculum in the University is integrating theories to practice. Meanwhile, how to develop the communicative competence of fellows is another main purpose in this curriculum. The various characteristics of team members compose different interaction modes. And different interaction modes make team member confusion how to communicate effectely. This research attempts to analyze the factors of grouping a team by Social Network Analysis. Based on six degrees of separation theory, Social Network Analysis not only represents the strength of relationships between team members but illustrates the individual role in his(/her) own network.
