Abstract :
This paper presents a design technique that combines the LQG performance with H∞ and passivity conditions for robustness. The controller is obtained by solving two standard algebraic Riccati equations and it may be viewed as an LQ regulator connected to a nonstandard observer. The well-known LQG controller is obtained as a particular case
