Abstract :
Certificateless proxy blind signature scheme is the combination of proxy blind signature scheme and certificate signature scheme. In this paper, we propose a new certificateless proxy blind signature scheme based on bilinear pairing. In this scheme, certificate management problem of traditional cryptosystem and key escrow problem of ID-based cryptosystem are avoided, keys of original signer and proxy signer are jointly generated by KGC and themselves; proxy signing key of proxy signer is jointly generated by original signer and proxy signer; and sign process is completed by proxy signer and receiver together. At last, we analysis safety and efficiency of this scheme, result shows that the safety of this scheme meets the security requirement of certificateless proxy blind signature; compared with the existed schemes, the new scheme has the properties of strong unforgeability, strong non-repudiation and higher efficiency.
