Abstract :
The ideal cycle thermal efficiency is used to evaluate thermal economy of regenerative system at present. The analysis is done on the ideal cycle thermal efficiency, and the result shows that the ideal cycle thermal efficiency is affected by relative efficient of steam turbine. In other words, the ideal cycle thermal efficiency is not only decided by running state of the regenerative system, it is also decided by the through-flow part of steam turbine. So the thermal economy of the regenerative system is not evaluated by the ideal cycle thermal efficiency exactly, and thermal economy of regenerative system at present is affected by relative efficient of steam turbine. Countering the problem, a coefficient is defined and the ideal cycle thermal efficiency is amended in the paper. The amended ideal cycle thermal efficiency is not affected by relative efficient of steam turbine. At last, taking a 300MW power plant as an example, the amended ideal cycle thermal efficiency is proved to be rational.
