Abstract :
Technical developments and a more and more flexible relation between working and private life lead to the inclusion of both formal and informal aspects in learning concepts, as well as supported and unsupported phases, with a flexible role of learners, tutors, and teachers. Recently [2] we presented a structured approach for categorizing learning activities on the two dimensions formalization (formal/informal) and support (supported/unsupported). Arrangements can be integrated and analyzed. This paper focuses on decision trees to help the user of the model with planning learning scenarios for individual participants of the Media-based Junior Studies (MbJS), a project run by Rostock University which allows pupils to participate in regular lectures [1].
