Abstract :
The method proposed for selecting network services is based on cooperative assessment by the customer and provider. The provider identifies assessment items such as cost and performance; the customer ranks the assessment items in terms of relative importance. The customer may also be asked to identify their preferred decision-making criterion. By analyzing these inputs with such mathematical techniques as the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), the multi-attribute attitude model, and fuzzy integration, the service that best meets the customer´s needs is identified
