            Abstract : 
In this paper, we give a parametrization of a class of stabilizing vibrational controllers for single-input single-output systems. In particular, we show that, for the averaged system, Youla parametrization takes place and use this parametrization to design a controller that satisfies unit step response specifications for the original (non-averaged) system
