Abstract :
Based on the idea of Barro\´s endogenous economic growth model and the balanced score card, this paper considers the impact of organizational learning on organizational performance eventually reflects in financial affairs, customers, internal business progress, and learning & growth of organization. Financial indexes reflect the organizational performance directly. The latter three aspects are embodied in the key impellent power of organizational performance. The output indicators of organizational learning system are analyzed from internal business progress, customers, and learning & growth of organization in detail, which shows the reason why productivity, cost, quality, market share, innovation ability, knowledge accumulation are six key factors of impellent power of organizational performance. Along the thinking of "process of organizational learning-organizational learning capacity-key impellent power of performance-operation performance", the maturity model of organizational learning is designed. Finally, a model is proposed to measure organizational learning by production function, which provides a new idea for the quantification of organizational learning.
