Abstract :
Results on the investigation of the SHG phase-matched at the pump wavelength of 10.6 μm in an annealed ZnGeP2 crystal is reported. The internal phase-match angle is measured as a function of the average input power and the average output power is also measured as a function of the average pump power. The conversion efficiency is also obtained.
