Abstract
Series gaps in the central strip of High Temperature Superconducting (HTSC) coplanar waveguides (CPW) are characterized experimentally in X-band. Equivalent ¿-network capacitances of the gaps are temperature dependent and correlated to the effective dielectric constant and parameters of the HTSC film.
