Abstract :
In this paper, the delay-dependent H∞ control problem is considered for a class of neutral systems with discrete and distributed delays. Some sufficient conditions on H∞ performance analysis are obtained by using new Lyapunov-Krasovskii functionals and by applying Park´s inequality for bounding cross terms. Based on these conditions the dynamic output-feedback H∞ controller are designed. All the conditions are delay-dependent and given in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). The numerical example is included to illustrate the proposed method.
