Author_Institution :

Abstract :
In this paper, we demonstrate theoretically and experimentally a Sole-type wavelength filter in periodically lithium niobate. The amplitude modulation by electrical field and wavelength tuning by temperature are is investigated. A non-field-applied Sole-type filter is also observed and the role of the photovoltaic effect the PPLN is discussed.
