Abstract :
Interdependent response among critical infrastructure systems is recognized as key point of vulnerability that can compromise system performance. In this paper, a supernetwork model which contain two critical infrastructures is established, we quantify the possible cost that generate from interdependent response among them, using the variational inequality to solve the minimization problem. After computation, we obtain the solution to the problem, which can minimize the interdependent response of the selected system.
