  • Abstract
    Large-scale projects invested by the national government are more and more, some even show the characteristics of giant systems. Traditional project management can´t deal with such systems. And meta syntheses is the methodology for complex giant system. The entity who uses the methodology is department of integrative system design. department of integrative system design contains the expert system and the machine system. The machine system has the function of storing and transferring knowledge. The expert system is the carrier of knowledge, experience and wisdom, and the host of inspiration and original thinking. The machine system and the expert system are mutually dependent. Apply meta syntheses into large complex projects, build up department of integrative system design, and analysis the operation of the department.
