Abstract :
The dependence of the dielectric properties of two types of modern epoxy mica insulation systems on temperature and voltage has been investigated. Resistance, capacity, polarization index and a number of other dielectric properties were measured over a temperature range of 20 to 100degC and at 1, S, 10 and 20 kV on rotating machine stator bars. This work will be submitted to the IEEE Std 43 committee.
