Abstract :
Cu absorption solution was investigated for purifying PH3, CuSO4, CuCl2, Cu(NO3)2 and Cu(CH3COO)2 supply Cu2+ for Cu2+ absorption solution in experiments. CuSO4 solution showed the highest PH3 purification efficiency under the condition of 50°C, 200 mL/min and O2 2%, the PH3 concentration in exit gas streams was 0 ppm before 250 min. Main influence factors for reaction temperature, gas flow rate, pH and O2 content were also studied, the purification efficiency of PH3 was enhanced with reaction temperature increasing, but slower gas flow was good for removing PH3. The results indicated that good conditions of the reaction were 70°C, gas flow rate of 200 mL/min, O2 content of 2% and pH = 3.
