Abstract :
The evaluation of service quality on power customer is the important performance assessment in power system, this paper used the power customer satisfaction index as the starting point, the power customer satisfaction index system is established, the relative distances between index value and optimal value in TOPSIS method are considered as the method to decide the relative satisfaction, on the sorting weight deciding, this paper used the ant colony algorithm method, so as to increase the public credibility and scientific, then the TOPSIS method is used in the sample sorting ,the result is better in demonstration analysis.
