            Abstract :
A fully integrated 2.4GHz CMOS transceiver in 0.25 /spl mu/m CMOS and its associated baseband processor in 0.15 /spl mu/m CMOS are described. The RF transceiver IC occupies 16mm/sup 2/. The total power consumption is 350mW in RX and 1.25W in TX with +20dBm output power. The chipset complies with the IEEE 802.11 b and achieves an RX sensitivity of -87dBm at 11Mb/s.
