Abstract :
Almost over-heat steam temperature controller is PID now, but PID does not have high controlling precision on the controlled object with slow time varying character. If the state variable controller is adopted, the offset of the dynamic temperature would be least, even if the system is running on disturbing condition. This does not only keep the temperature of the boiler in rate range, but also has the possibility to heighten the system´s service temperature. And can reduce one of water cooling device and related hardware, it is obvious profitable..
