            Abstract : 
We proposed a FEC enhanced data clipped OFDM system to reduce PAPR effect. Numerical simulations indicate >5-dB and 1.5-dB OSNR improvements are observed under high clipping ratio of 6-dB with FEC over 8000-km SMF.
