Abstract :
An adaptive fuzzy voltage dependent current order limiter (VDCOL) to enhance the performance of a multi-feed-in HVDC system is proposed in this paper. The adaptive fuzzy VDCOL exports an adaptive current order through fuzzy rules which need one point´s voltage of HVDC transmission line and its derivative to time. The study of a MDDC model shows that not only the adaptive fuzzy VDCOL strategy can lead to the rapid recovery after system fault, but also eliminates the process of parameter configuration of VDCOL.
