Abstract :
The supply chain inventory manager dynamic simulation training (SCIMDST) is studied based on HLA, which can improve the level of management and decision-making of supply chain inventory. A dynamic control model is designed as a federate template controlling the simulation, a hierarchy scheduling model based on time and event sequence is offered simultaneously, and the controlling mechanism is discussed too. The architecture of SCIMDST, which provides support of powerful method and instrument enhancing the management and decision-making level of the inventory manager, is constructed after that, it includes simulation director, inventory management scenario (IMS) editor, simulation model builder, effect valuator, dynamic database, RTI and network service system. Finally, the simulation process is described, SCIMDST have the functions of IMS evaluation and user virtual training, of which the process includes eight stages of task acquisition, preliminary preparation, startup, initialization, control (training), effect evaluation, stop and end.
