After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

The development of cities in china is facing increasingly serious traffic problems. To promote the development, based on the foreign cities´ advanced experiences on city development, this paper gives the perspective as well as the countermeasures about promoting city development by developing city logistics.
