Abstract
The size of hydraulic pipeline affects the energy loss when the power transmits through it, and it affects the volume and the weight of pipe directly. Based on the principle of saving energy sources, the paper introduces the method of optimization design. Object function of hydraulic pipeline is built which considers both energy loss and pipeline´s volume, and the result is solved by relevant program. So the rational pipeline size is determined.
