  • Abstract
    Interaction of electromagnetic wave by solid surface is interesting for creating a new generation of the technical devices, which can be to use both in optics for creating of optics and systems of new generation and with the creation of new type computers. There is interest in the simulation of interaction of electromagnetic radiation with the surfaces of different materials with the purpose of selecting of stated problems most suitable for the solution.
