Abstract :
In this paper a control algorithm for synchronization of the two rotor vibrational unit taking into account the dynamics of the processed material and elasticity of motor shafts is proposed. The model of the processed material is included as an additional payload connected to the support with an elastic link. The performance of the designed system is analyzed by means of computer simulation, using the model of the experimental vibrational stand SV-2. Synchronization mode is maintained under significant structural perturbations of the system model, after adding four differential equations.
